WHAT’S INCLUDED?


  • Join us for a variety of group sessions. EVERY session is adaptable for injuries and all levels of fitness.

  • When: Every Monday @ 6:15am (we start running at this time)
    Where: Lake Burley Griffin (see group chat for starting point)
    Who: ANYONE. This is a local event and you do not have to be a member to join. Please invite your family and friends! ☺️

    We will not be running 5-10km straight. This is designed for anyone to start.

  • Every month an adventure is organised to give you an opportunity to try new things and support Canberra local businesses! This is also an extra way to socialise and deepen connections in the group 🙏

    Memberships with base free coverage include coverage up to $15.00 on any monthly adventure (does not include social events).

    It’s time to pack your bags because the MOVE Girls are going on vacay!

    The EOY Retreat involves 3 days and 2 nights away from our demanding lives. You will be involved in:

    • Outdoor activities (think workouts/yoga on the beach, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, etc. - all dependent on the location)

    • Mindfulness/reflection/meditation work

    • Educational discussions on different health and fitness topics for women

    … and so much more!

OPEN GYM IS YOUR ANSWER.

ARE YOU…

  • Open Gym allows you to train in a semi-private environment during our open hours. A trainer will always be present in the gym as you complete your own workout, meaning you can ask for assistance, variations, or advice as you train!

    You will find laminated, written workouts available to pick from if you need inspiration OR ask the trainer available to write a ‘whiteboard’ workout for you on the day.

    During quiet hours of the day (after 9am and before 5pm), we are happy to have your little one on the gym floor while you train. If the space is busy, we welcome them in our kids room opposite our office. If they are under 3 and require further supervision, an available trainer may keep them company while you train.
